Whats included with my purchases?
When you purchase a theme from us you will receive an email with a link to download the file, inside of this file contains the WordPress theme you have chosen plus the well-design and organized Photoshop file so you can start the customization process. Every theme comes with a text file will all the information on how to setup the theme and links to the video tutorials that we have created individually for each of our themes.
How long does it take to receive my theme?
Once you have completed the purchase either with PayPal or Credit Card and the funds have cleared you will receive an email from us that contains a unique link to download the theme package. Please make sure to keep the link in the email private for security purposes. Also, please ensure you write down your Order Number for when you need to contact us for any support related questions.
What type of support do you provide?
We stand behind our product, We want to make sure your happy and will help you overcome issues you may have, The type of support we give for themes is based on the theme the way it was purchased. We support getting the theme working the way it is supposed to. However, any changes or customizations you may have done to the theme are not supported.
How often do you update your themes?
We are constantly improving our themes and framework, We take the hassle out of updating your themes, just use the link in the sign-up receipt you were sent and re-download the zip file, make sure to backup any changes you may have made then upload the theme to WordPress, Bingo your done!
