We have a lot of great videos and every theme comes with “Theme Documentation” to help with almost any issue. We also have a Knowledge Base which is like the “Church Themer Library” with help for a ton of possible problems. If you still have trouble, check out the support forums for personal help from Church Themer Pro’s.
What Do We Support?
The support we give for themes is based on the theme the way it was purchased. Any changes or customizations are not supported. Church Themer does not support the WordPress software itself or any installations, customizations, or administration. We also do not provide support for any 3rd party plugins you may wish to use.

Think of it as “The Church Themer Library”. It’s updated daily by the developers and has tons of tips and advice for possible problems.
